Analisis Pengaroh Marketing Mix (*P) terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Polis asuransi jiwa pada PT. Asuransi Jiwa Sinarmas MSIG.
This study aims to determine the effect of marketing mix (8P) which consists of product, place, promotion, people, process, physical environment , and the productivity and quality of the life insurance purchase decisions on the PT . Asuransi Jiwa Sinarmas MSIG. This study was conducted on 374 customers selected as respondents by using simple random sampling techniques. Structural Equation Model (SEM) is the analytical method that used, with Pertial Least Square (PLS) analysis tools.
The results of this study indicate that product, promotion, people, and productivity & quality has influence to purchase decision. While the price, place, and physical environment has’nt influence to purchase decision. Suggestions for future research and the company described in the end of this study.
