Pengaruh Kualitas Pertukaran Pimpinan dan Bawahan dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan yg di Mediasi oleh Motivasi Kerja
This study aimed to analyzing variable influence situational leader member
exchange (LMX), work environment for job satisfaction with work motivation as a
mediation variable. This study was conducted at PT Bank OCBC NISP, Tbk South
of Jakarta Area. The number of samples was estabilished by 100 respondents with
the sample using methods simple random sampling. Measurement in kuisioner
using likert scale. Methods of analysis data is used PLS.
The testing of hypotheses, indicate that situational leader member exchange
(LMX) variable are positive but not significant effect for job satisfaction with
regression coefficients of 0,397. Work environment are positive but not significant
effect for job satisfaction with regression coefficients of 1,103. Leader member
exchange (LMX) variable are positive and significant effect for work motivation
with regression coefficients of 3,802. Work environment are positive but not
significant effect for work motivation with regression coefficients of 0,679. Work
motivation variable are positive and significant effect for job satisfaction with
regression coefficients of 2,710. Positive effect and significant on situational
leader member exchange for job satisfaction through work motivation by results
test indicate t value of 2,128. Positive effect but not significant on work
environment for job satisfaction through work motivation by results test indicate t
value of 0,556.
