Evaluasi Efektivitas Program Pelatihan Pada Balai Besar Pengembangan Latihan Masyarakat Jakarta
The training is an activity which is programmed to increase the experience,
knowledge or the discussion of individual attitude. The expected output from the
training is the creation of trained human resources so they can do short-term
operational task better. One is by knowing how the passed training program/ the
training program has been passed. That thing can be considered effective if the
training process is fun and satisfaction for the training participants so they are
interested and motivate to study and train by evaluating the training program.
Therefore, the evaluator of every training program must inform whether the training
program has been able to give the purpose and target in increasing the number of
training. The purpose of the study is to describe the training in Balai Besar
Pengembangan Latihan Masyarakat (BBPLM) Jakarta by focusing at the alumni to
know the effectivity of training program evaluation passed by using Kirkpatrick
method.
The result of the data processed in every Kirkpatrick level: Reaction, Learning,
Behavior and Result. That the respondents are very good because the average
percentage by respondents’ achievement indicating the positive reaction because of
awareness that they have got useful input during the training
