Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan Kompensasi Dengan Media Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Biro Umum Sekretariat Jenderal Kementrian Ketenagakerjaan Republik Indonesia
The purpose of this study is to examine in depth the Effect of Work Motivation and
Compensation with Work Discipline Mediation on the Performance of Employees of the
General Bureau of the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic
of Indonesia. This research uses a quantitative approach, data collection using survey
methods. The population is employees of the General Bureau of the Secretariat General
of the Ministry of Manpower. Samples were taken using a purposive sampling technique
for employees at the General Bureau. The data analysis method uses SmartPls v.3.
The results showed that work motivation has a significant effect on employee
performance. Compensation has a significant positive effect on employee performance.
Through Work Discipline Mediation, Work Motivation has a significant effect on
Employee Performance. Through Mediation Work Compensation Discipline has a
significant positive effect on Employee Performance. Work discipline has a significant
positive effect on employee performance.
The research findings prove that the Work Discipline embedded in the employee is able
to strengthen the effect of Work Motivation on Employee Performance. And also
strengthen the effect of Compensation on employee performance. The limitation of this
study is that the object of research contained in this model does not include all employees
in the Ministry of Manpower, but only in the General Bureau of the Secretariat General,
the Ministry of Manpower.
