Analisis kepuasan konsumen terhadap kualitas layanan di Nara Kupu Village Kota Depok
Nara Kupu Village is one of the agrotourism destinations located in Depok City, offering various educational tourism attractions based on natural elements in the West Java region. This study focuses on how the service quality provide to Nara customers, including staff friedliness, cleanliness, responsiveness, empathy, and service a quantitative descriptive approach with 193 respondents, comprising visitors who have and have not visited Nara Kupu Village. The data consists of primary and secondary data obtained through direct interviews using a questionnaire that has been validated and reliability-tested. The data were analyzed using the customer satisfaction index (CSI), importance performance analysis (IPA), multiple linier regression, and SWOT analysis, The results of the study indicate that service quality has a significant simultaneous and partial influence. The Empathy dimension is a factor that influences customer satisfaction, the CSI values is in the "Satisfied" category, while the IPA results identify several service attributes that need improvement. SWOT analysis resulted in strategies for improving service quality through human resource capacity development and physical facility improvements.
