Pengaruh persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, kepercayaan, FOMO, risisko dan keamanan terhadap impulse buyong pengguna spaylater
With the rapid development of digital technology, significant transformations have occurred in the retail and financial sectors, particularly in online shopping behavior. Currently, various e-commerce platforms offer a variety of payment methods to facilitate consumers, one of which is the paylater feature, Shopee PayLater. Shopee itself is the largest e-commerce platform in Indonesia, with total visits reaching 2.3 billion in 2023, indicating high user transaction activity. This study employed a quantitative survey approach, involving 350 respondents. Data collection was conducted through remote questionnaires, which examined perceptions of ease of use, trust, the Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) phenomenon, and their significant and positive influence on impulse buying.
