Pengaruh lingkungan kerja, kompensasi dan beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja awak kapal pada perusahaan PT. Usda Seroja Jaya
This study aims to analyze the influence of work environment, compensation, and workload on job satisfaction of ship crew members at PT. USDA Seroja Jaya. The research employs a quantitative approach using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The sample consists of 75 ship crew respondents selected through purposive sampling. The results indicate that the variables of work environment and compensation do not have a significant effect on job satisfaction, although respondents' perceptions of these variables are generally positive. On the other hand, workload has a significant effect on job satisfaction. These findings suggest that workload management aligned with the physical and mental capabilities of ship crew members is a key factor in achieving job satisfaction in maritime operations. Therefore, the company should place greater emphasis on proportionate and efficient workload distribution. This research provides practical implications for human resource management in the maritime sector in improving employee well-being and productivity.
