Ragusa Es Italia is a legendary culinary delight that has been a part of Jakarta's history and alture since 1932. Unfortunately, its existence and historical value are less well-known among day's younger generation. This final project aims to design an illustrated book as an formative and visually appealing introductory medium to convey the story, historical value, nd appeal of Ragusa Es Italia to a wider audience, particularly children and young families. The nethods used in this design include literature study, interviews, direct observation, and visual analysis of objects and illustration styles appropriate to the target audience. The final result is a narrative illustrated book in a modern fairy tale style that combines historical facts with a warm and personal storytelling approach. It is hoped that it will foster an appreciation for local culinary heritage and strengthen Jakarta's cultural identity through educational and entertaining media.
