Kemampuan, Kerjasama, Jumlah Dokumen dan Pembukuan serta Kaitannya dengan Kinerja; studi pada Kanwil VII Dirjen Bea dan Cukai Surabaya.
This paper considers that employee's performance is determined largely by internal and external factors. By developing a model that include individual ability, team-work efforts, number of documents involved and the auditee's book-keeping system, the paper tried to demonstrate empirically the association among those variables. Using logistic probabilistic (logit) regression model, and applying it in the case of Surabaya Custom office, it found that the auditee book-keeping system is the only significant variable that determined the performance of custom officers.
