Pengaruh Kompensasi dan Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Pemeriksa Di Wilayah Kerja Kanwil DJP Jawa Barat II dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening.
This research includes the type of comparative causal research with quantitative approach done on the working area of Regional Office DJP West Java II. This study aims to determine whether or not the influence of compensation and leadership style on
the performance of examiners through job satisfaction as intervening variables. Data collection method in this study is questionnaire. The sampling technique used is the incidental sample technique. The population that became the object of research is the functional tax examiners in the work area of Regional Office of West Java DJP II with an office address in Bekasi Regency with a sample of 85 tax functional examiners
who come from 4 Tax Office and 1 Regional Office. Hypothesis testing is done by Structural Equation Modeling through SmartPLS3.0 program. Based on the results of research with 5% significance level obtained the conclusion: (1) There is a positive and significant effect of Compensation on Job Satisfaction with r value of 0.275 and t arithmetic (2.846)> t table (1.64); (2) There are positive and significant influence of Leadership Style on Job Satisfaction with correlation coefficient value (r) of 0.577 and t count (7,676)> t table (1.64); (3) There is no influence of Compensation to Performance with r value of 0,030 and t count (0,222) t table (1.64); (6) There is positive and significant influence of
Compensation to Performance with Job Satisfaction as intervening variable with r value equal to 0,131 and t arithmetic (2,014)> t table (1,64); (7) There is positive and significant influence of Leadership Style on Performance with Job Satisfaction as
intervening variable with r value equal to 0,275 and t count (2,685)> t table (1,64).
