Pengaruh Pengembangan Karir dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan yang di Mediasi Oleh Kepuasan Kerja di PT. Sigmatech Tatakarsa
This study entitled “ The influence of the development of a career and compensation
against the performance of employees in mediation by satisfaction work at PT. Sigmatech
Tatakarsa with a company engaged in the field services consultant. The company is moving
in the field of the services of consultant M&E helped clients or owner in designing a building
as the office, mall, hotel, apartment, factory, airport and hospital. The function of this study
want to see how the influence of in achieving the satisfaction at PT. Sigmatech Tatakarsa.
The result of this research shows that in partial variable the development of the career,
compensation and satisfaction work influential positive towards the performance of
employees. So this research can be declared successful. There are variables that besides
development of the career, compensation and satisfaction work in the effect on employee
performance.
