Analisis Pengaruh Accrual Quality dan Corporate Governance Terhadap Firm Performance

This study analyzes the influence of accrual quality and corporate governance on company performance, company performance can be seen from how the quality of financial statements and how the company manages. The research sample used in this study is a purposive sampling method with manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange during the period 2015 to 2017. The results of this study indicate that the quality of accruals that use Tobin Q calculations with positive research results on company performance and corporate governance which uses the calculation of ROA and Tobin Q with positive testing results on company performance.
