Pengaruh Kerangka Levers of Control dan Organizational Learning Terhadap Peningkatan Organizational Performance : Studi Kasus Pada Perusahaan PT. Verena Multi Finance Tbk.
The purpose of this study describes the influence of Lever of Control (LOC) framework, Organizational Leaning against Organizational Performance. Use Lever of Control (LOC) framwork (Simon, 2000), consist of beleief system, boundary system, diagnostic control system, and interactive control system. This study aims to test the relationship between Lever of Control (LOC) framwork, Organizational Learning against Organizational Performance of PT. Verema Multi Finance Tbk. Population and sample in this research 30 managers of PT. Verema Multi Finance Tbk. in Jabodebek (Jakarta, Depok, Bogor, Bekasi) with purposive smpling. The hypothesis was analysed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with PLS (Partial Least Square). The resul this study indicate that there is a positive relationship between belief system and organizational learning, there is a positive relationship between interactive control system and organizational learning, and there is a positive relationship between organizational learning and Organizational Performance.
