Pengaruh Kinerja Karyawan dan Good Corporate Governance Terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan: Studi kasus PDAM Tirta Kahuripan Kabupaten Bogor
This study aims to determine the effec of employee performance and Good Corporate Governance on service quality at PDAM Tirta Kahuripan, Bogor Regency. For public organizations, the results of this study are expected to contribute to the implementation of employee performance and Good Corporate Governance in order to impove the quality of service of PDAM Tirta Kahuripan and achieve expected organizational goals.
Were customers of PDAM Tirta Kahuripan. Data was collected using interviews, questionnaires, and observations. The descriptive analysis method is used the test hypthese and structural modeling with the Partial Least Square application, namely the SmartPLS versi 3 program.
The result of the study showed : (1) employee performance has no effect on service quality. (2) Good Corporate Governance has a significant positive effect on service quality.
