Efektivitas Penggunaan Instagram Sebagai Pengembangan Penciptaan Pengetahuan Dalam Kinerja UMKM
The development of technology and communication has made social media
widely used by business people (MSMEs) for media sales and marketing products
through social media. This study analyzes the impact of social media Instagram on
improving MSME performance. This study aims to analyze the impact of social
media Instagram on Knowledge Creation, Innovation and Communication on the
Performance of MSMEs in Jakarta. This study uses an online method to collect data
from 100 respondents at MSMEs in Jakarta. Data analysis using SEM-PLS. The
variables in this study are Instagram Social Media, Knowledge Creation,
Innovation, Communication and MSME Performance. The results showed that
Instagram social media had an impact on MSME performance and communication
had a significant effect on MSME performance. However, knowledge creation and
innovation have no effect on the performance of MSMEs. The effectiveness of
Instagram social media can improve the performance of MSMEs by communicating
