Analisis Pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Harga dan Citra Merek Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Pada Kawasaki Ninja
This study aims to determine the effect of Product Quality, Price and Brand Image on
Kawasaki Ninja customer loyalty. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method.
The population in this study are customers who have purchased Kawasaki Ninja products in the
Greater Jakarta area with the criteria of Kawasaki Ninja customers who have purchased products
at least 1 time and are at least 17 years old and above.
The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling type
with 100 respondents data. The analytical model used is the Smart-PLS version 3.0 software. The
results showed that product quality had a significant effect on customer loyalty, price had no
significant effect on customer loyalty and brand image also had a significant effect on customer
loyalty
