Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpina Transportasional Dan Komflik Kerja Terhadap Komitmen Organisasional Dengan Stres Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening (Studi Kasus Pada Sekertariat Jenderal Kementerian Tenagakerjaan)
This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership style
and work conflict on organizational commintment, either directly or through work
stress as an intervening variable at the secretariat general o the ministry of
Manpower.
This study uses a quantitative approach. The data used is primary data. The
sample is 210 respondendts. The respondents are employees of the secretariat
general of the Ministri of Manpower who are in 8 (eight) Echelon II units, namely
the planning bureau, finance bureau, apparatus organizational and Human
Resources Bureau, General Bureau, Lega Bureau, Cooperation Bureau, Public
relations Bureau and the Education and Training Center. HR Training. Data was
collected through a survey using a questionnaire (Googleform) which was
distributed to respondents.
Data analysis used in this research is path analysis using SEM (Structural
Equation Modeling) model or Structural Equation Model with Smart PLS 2.0
Program.SEM. the results showed that the trans1formational leadership style
directly and significantly positive effect on organizational commitment. Job tress is
not able to mediate the relationship between transformational leadership style and
organizational commitment. Job stress is not able to mediate the relationship
between work conflict and organizational commitment.
