Pengaruh Kualitas Produk Kualitas Pelayanan dan Harga Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Restoran Sushi Tei Jabodetabek
This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, service quality, and price
on customer satisfaction at Sushi Tei restaurants in Jabodetabek. The sampling
technique in this study uses Non-Probability Sampling with Purposive Sampling
technique. The sample used in this study were 100 respondents who had purchased
at Sushi Tei restaurants in Jabodetabek at least 2 times in the last six months. Data
from the respondent’s answer then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling
(SEM) with partial least square (PLS) alternative method using SmartPLS 3
software. The results of this study are : product quality has a positive and
insignificant effect on consumer satisfaction, while service quality and price have
positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction.
