Pengaruh Kualitas Produk, kualitas pelayanan dan Harga Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Restoran Marugame Udon Mall Kota Casablanca
This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, service quality, and
price on buying decision at Marugame Udon Mall Restaurant, Csablanca City. The
theory used in this study is Product Quality, Service Quality, Price, and Buying
Decision. The variables in this study are divided into two types, namely independent
and dependent variables. The independent variables in this study are product quality,
service quality, price, while the dependent variable in this study is buying decision.
Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 100 samples of
Marugame Udon consumers. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis
using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) techniques using Smart PLS version 3
software. The results show that product quality, service quality and price have a
significant and significant effect on buying Decision.
