Analisis Pengukuran Kinerja Perusahaan Dengan Menggunakan Balance Scorecard Pada PT.Jindong Indonesia Pertama Jd.Id)

PT Jingdong Indonesia Pertama (JD.ID) is a startup company that is still in the
development stage to carry out 4 aspects of a balanced scorecard, to find out the results
so far and what aspects need to be re-evaluated at the company. PT Jingdong Indonesia
Pertama (JD.ID) is an e-commerce company that is experiencing increasingly
challenging competition due to the large number of similar companies. This research was
conducted to develop a strategy to improve company performance using the SWOT
method approach and the balanced scorecard. The SWOT method is used to bring up
alternative strategies from internal and external factors of the company, then translated
into strategic targets into 4 balanced scorecard perspectives to develop strategy maps,
determine and calculate measures/indicators, set targets and initiate strategic initiatives
to improve company performance. After the measurement process including the financial
perspective of PT ABC there is a NPM size with a value of 3%, ROI with a value of 2%,
ROE with a value of 2%. From a customer perspective, the target strategy for customer
satisfaction is from product and service attributes with 48% satisfied results, corporate
image with 46% satisfied results and relationships with customers with 45% satisfied
results. From an internal business process perspective with the aim of a business
innovation strategy and the number of visitors to the JD.ID application increased by
13,000 visitors. Growth perspective and strategic learning objectives on employee
capabilities with 51% very satisfied results, information system capabilities with 42%
satisfied results and employee motivation & empowerment with 46% satisfied results. The
company has a target in the coming year with a value above the company's performance
in the previous year. From the resulting strategy map and strategic initiatives, the
company can consider it as a means to improve company performance.
