Efektivitas Pelaksanaan Standar Operasional Prosedur Pengamanan Security Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Yang Di Moderasi Oleh Citra Perusahaan
One important factor in an organization is the availability of human
resources. High human resources have an important role in advancing a country,
company or organization. Effectiveness is a key element of organizational activity
in achieving predetermined goals or objectives. In projects at PT FSCM Indonesia,
there are often complaints about the performance of security in carrying out security
SOPs. In this study, the authors used a causal research design. In this research, there
are independent variables or variables that influence (independent variable) and
dependent variable (dependent dependent) to determine the effectiveness of
implementing standard operating procedures for security safeguards on the level of
customer satisfaction (Case Study at PT FSCM Manufakturing Indonesia).
The results of the analysis show that Reliability affects Employee
Performance (t-count probability value (0.000) Level of Significant (0.05)),
Responsiveness affects Employee Performance (t-count probability value (0.000)
Level of Significant (0.05) ). that Empathy affects Employee Performance (t-count
probability value (0.046) Level of Significant (0.05)). It is hoped that PT FSCM
Manufakturing Indonesia will continue to improve service quality to achieve
customer satisfaction and achieve a positive value in the eyes of these customers.
PT FSCM Manufakturing Indonesia can also establish a good relationship between
the company and customers. Because with the establishment of a good relationship
between the company and the customer, it will lead to a good corporate image
