Faktor-faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Penerapan Pengamanan Kebakaran di Gedung Kantor Pusat Pasar Kerja Kementeria
Every government office building must be equipped with a fire safety system.
The most obvious impact of the fire disaster in government office buildings is loss
of life, damage to archives and important documents belonging to agencies,
especially documents for the settlement of legal cases that are being resolved by the
agency. Fire disasters can be mitigated by planning a fire management system
program so that fire risks can be managed in an integrated manner.
The purpose of this study was to determine the application of fire safety
management in the Ministry of Manpower's Work Market Center (Puspasker)
building so that factors that influence the implementation of fire safety in the
Ministry of Manpower's Puspasker building can be formulated. The research
method used is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection was carried out
using in-depth interviews with research informants using purposive sampling and
data triangulation methods.
The results showed that of the 11 objects of observation of the Management
of the Fire Security System (MFSS) at the Puspasker Kemnaker, only 4 objects were
fulfilled so that it required the leadership's commitment at Puspasker to fulfill the
7 other MFSS objects. The application of MFSS in Puspasker shows that the factors
that influence the implementation of fire protection in the Puspasker Kemnaker
office building are the leadership's commitment in implementing fire prevention,
management of fire prevention implementation, human resources in charge of fire
prevention, and infrastructure in fire prevention. The advice that can be given is
that it is necessary to carry out quantitative research to examine the factors of
implementing fire safety in the Puspasker Kemnaker office building.
