Faktor Faktor Yg Mempengaruhi Kinerja Petugas Pelayanan EPP &ePKB di Direktorat Hubungan Kerja & Pengupahan Ditjen PHI & Jamsos Kementrian Ketenagakerjaan RE
The purpose of this study is to find out what factors affect the performance of
ePP & ePKB officers and what factors influence the high level of dissatisfaction of
companies that use ePP & ePKB services at the Directorate of Labor Relations &
Remuneration of the Directorate General. PHI & Jamsos Ministry of Manpower of
the Republic of Indonesia. The research method used in this study is a qualitative
method (Phenomenology research) by conducting in-depth interviews with 15
(fifteen) informants. The type of data used in this study is primary data.
The novelty of the research (Novelty) found from the results of this study are
factors that affect the performance of ePP & ePKB officers such as Incentives, HR,
Training. Furthermore, it is recommended to conduct quantitative research using
performance factors and service quality factors because of the findings of this study
