Efektivitas Kebijakan Penyetaraan Mediator Hubungan Industrial dan Jabatan Administrasi ke Jabatan Fungsional Mediator Hubungan Industrial di Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan
This study aims to determine: (1) To know the effectiveness of Industrial Relations
Mediator Inpassing Policy and Policy of Equalization of Administrative Department to Functional
Position, (2) To know the effect of Industrial Relations Mediator Inpassing Policy and Policy of
Equalization of Administrative Department to Functional Position to the existence of functional
position of Industrial Relations Mediator in Indonesia. The research method used is qualitative
approach with case study. The data source for the preparation of this study is informants obtained
by interview, as well as from documentation and archives. The results of this study show that (1)
Industrial Relations Mediator Inpassing Policy and Administration Department Equalization
Policy to Functional Position are effective, (2) Industrial Relations Mediator Inpassing Policy and
Administration Department Equalization Policy to Functional Position affect the existence of
functional position of Industrial Relations Mediator in Indonesia.
