Pengaruh Perjanjian Kerja Bersama dan Upah Terhadap Kesejahteraan Pekeraja dan Kepuasan Kerja Pada PT.Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk Kantor Cabang Tebet Jakarta
The collective labor agreement is a reflection of the regulation of the balance of
rights and obligations of workers and its employer. Wages are also one of the
substances regulated in the collective labor agreement. The aim of this paper is to
propose a conceptual model to examine the effects of collective labor agreement and
wages on job satisfaction that is mediated by job welfare. This research type is
explanatory research using quantitative approach, the method used is a survey
method using a questioner. The population of research are 32 structural employees
at PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk-Tebet Branch Office. The sample used is total sampling,
involves 32 employess. The results of this study show that (1) there is a significant
effect of the collective labor agreement on the job welfare, (2) ) There is a significant
effect of wages on job welfare, (3) There is a significant effect of Collective Labor
Agreement on Job Satisfaction, (4) Wages have no significant effect on job
satisfaction, (5) There is a significant effect of job welfare on job satisfaction, (6)
Job walfare mediates the effect of collective labor agreements on job satisfaction,
(7) Job welfare mediates the effect of wages on job satisfaction. From this study,
the author hopes that further research should be able to add other variables and
number of populations so that further research will be more advance.
