Implementasi Durasi Perjanjian Kerja dan Besaran Nilai Upah Yang Berlandaskan Peraturan Perusahaan Terhadap Antusiasme Bekerja Karyawan Pada PT.Nav jaya Mandiri
The decline of enthusiasm to work of employees of PT. NAV Jaya Mandiri is caused by the
lack of duration of the work agreement or the amount of wage value that is considered
unsatisfactory. These indications were raised by researchers to determine how the movement
of employee enthusiasm in the company.
This thesis proposes a conceptual model to examine the effect of the term of the employment
agreement and the amount of wage value that affects directly or indirectly on employee
morale with a mediator variable,is company regulations. The discussion includes a review of
the literature, a conceptual model, developing a hypothesis, and the application of the
instrument of the research methodology.
that results in this thesis showing where the time frames of the agreement the employee as
well as the magnitude of the value of the wages of employees really need to be improved so
as to raise the morale of the employees.
So, The company need to extend the time span of the employment agreement and raise the
salary or wages in order to accommodate the expectations and needs of the employees. This
thesis also open up opportunities for other academics to conduct advanced research with the
added range of industrial relations.
