Efektivitas Sosialisasi Program dan Pelayanan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Terhadap Kepersertaan Jaminan Sosial dan Dampaknya Terhadap Kesejahteraan Pekerja

This study aims to: (1) to
determine the effectiveness of the socialization of the BPJS Employment program on Social
Security participation (2) to determine the effectiveness of BPJS Employment services to
Social Security participation (3) to determine the impact of social security participation
on the welfare of workers. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case
study. Sources of data for the preparation of this study were 9 (nine) informants obtained
through interviews, in addition to documentation and archives. The results of this study
indicate that there has been no significant progress in SJSN participation in the last four
years. Through this research, it can be suggested for the government as a regulator of
policies in the field of social security that will come, as an evaluation of the socialization
of the BPJS Employment program for Social Security participation, knowing the benefits
of the BPJS Employment program which correlates with the welfare of workers as a
reference for further research, with look at future conditions.
