Efektivitas Mediasi Sebagai Upaya Dalam Penyelesaian Perselisihan Hubungan Industrial Dalam Dampak Pandemi Covid 19 Oleh Mediator Hubungan Industrial Terhadap Kesejahteraan Pekerja dan Kelangsungan Berusaha Pengusan Studi di Suku Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan ENergy Kota Jakarta Timur
This study aims to: (1). To analyze and find out the impact of the
Covid-19 Pandemic on the welfare of workers/labor. (2). To find out and analyze the impact of the
Covid-19 Pandemic on the business continuity of Entrepreneurs. (3). To find out and analyze the
Effectiveness of Mediation as an Effort to Settle Disputes on Termination of Workers/Labourers
affected by Covid-19 by Industrial Relations Mediators. The research method used is a qualitative
approach with a case study. Sources of data for the preparation of this research are informants
obtained by interviews, as well as from documentation and archives. the results of this study
indicate that (1). The Covid-19 pandemic has a negative impact on efforts to fulfill the welfare of
workers/laborers. (2). The Covid-19 pandemic also has a negative and/or less favorable impact
on the business world and/or on the business continuity of entrepreneurs due to the decline in
people's purchasing power and the number of new regulations during the Covid-19 pandemic. (3).
Mediation by the mediator is considered very effective in resolving industrial relations disputes
that arise due to the impact of Covid-19.
