Pengaruh Fund Cashflow, Fund Size, Fund Age, Expense Ratio, dana Turnover Ratio Terhadap Kinerja Reksadana Saham di Bareksa Periode 2019-2021
Mutual funds are a type of investment that collects funds from investors to be
invested in a securities portfolio by the Investment Manager. This study aims to determine
the effect of fund cash flow, fund size, fund age, expense ratio, and turnover ratio
variables on the performance of equity mutual funds in Bareksa for the 2019-2021 period.
Equity mutual fund performance is measured using the Sharpe index. The data used in
this study are annual returns of equity mutual funds, benchmark interest rates, Net Asset
Value (NAV), effective dates of stock mutual funds, total operating expenses of equity
mutual funds, and sales of equity mutual fund portfolios. The data is obtained from the
financial statements of each equity mutual fund. The research sample was selected using
purposive sampling technique, so that 40 equity mutual fund samples were obtained. This
research method uses panel data regression analysis processed with the help of EViews
12 software. The results of this study explain that jointly or simultaneously the variables
of fund cash flow, fund size, fund age, expense ratio, and turnover ratio have a significant
effect on the performance of equity mutual funds. Partially, the fund cash flow and fund
age variables have a significant positive effect on the performance of equity mutual funds,
the expense ratio variable has a significant negative effect on the performance of equity
mutual funds, while the fund size and turnover ratio variables have no significant effect
on the performance of equity mutual funds
