Gemba Kaizen dalam Meningkatkan Sistem Manajemen Mutu Pendidikan Tinggi dan Kualitas Layanan: Studi Empiris Pada Universitas Akreditasi B di LLDIKTI III Wilayah Jakarta
This research is to see effect gemba kaizen in improving non-financial performance
such as management and service quality to higher education. Data processing methods
used descriptive analysis qualitative and Partial Least Square analysis. Consisting of
400 sample student on some universities to the criteria. Gemba kaizen can improve nonfinancial performance such as management of higher education and service quality by
shortening time, reducing waste, creating equality, and efficiency and effectiveness
which aims to improve the work environment and increase awareness, discipline and
the active role of the entire higher education community. Universities are required to
make continuous improvements by implementing gemba kaizen in their operational
activities. Gemba kaizen can continue to improve non-financial performance such as
management of higher education and service quality so that the vision and mission can
be achieved. Novelty research can be seen from the impact in improving implementation
gemba kaizen non financial performance in public sector
