Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Budaya Organisasi terhaap Kepuasan Kerja yang di Mediasi oleh Motivasi Kerja
Afandi (2018: 74) job satisfaction of employees is a positive thing from the workforce which includes feelings and behavior towards the work performed by employees that arises based on an assessment of the employee's work situation. Indicators of satisfaction at PT. ACT Logistic International in 2021 there is a decrease in the percentage value for employment, wages and promotions. The factor that influences job satisfaction is the work environment (Handoko, 2019). Job satisfaction can be formed through organizational culture which in turn will also improve employee performance where corporate culture can have a significant impact on long-term economic performance (Primasheila et al., 2017). An organizational manager's success is determined by the activities of utilizing human resources, in this case the manager must have a technique to maintain job satisfaction, for example providing motivation to an employee's subordinates to be able to carry out tasks according to what is expected with the applicable provisions (Afandi , 2018).
The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of the work environment and organizational culture on job satisfaction mediated by work motivation. This research was conducted at PT. ACT Logistics International. The sample technique used is saturated sampling with a total of 85 employees. This study uses partial linear analysis (Partial Least Square/PLS). The results of the study stated that (1) work environment has no significant effect on work motivation, (2) work environment has no significant effect on job satisfaction, (3) organizational culture has a significant effect on work motivation, (4) organizational culture has a significant effect on job satisfaction, (5) Work motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction, (6) Motivation does not mediate the influence of the work environment on job satisfaction, (7) Motivation mediates the effect of organizational culture on job satisfaction
