Pengaruh Pengembangan Kompetenesi terhadap Kualitas Kerja karyawan dengan Pemediasi Self-Management dan Kreativitas kerja di PT Pelindo makassar
Indonesia, as an archipelagic nation, possesses significant maritime potential, making the maritime industry play a central role in economic growth and national development. Ports, as pivotal elements within the maritime industry, hold a crucial role in supporting economic activities and international trade. This research focuses on the influence of competency development on job quality, considering self-management and job creativity as mediating factors. The research employs a quantitative method with 125 employees of PT Pelindo Makassar as respondents in the year 2023. Data was collected using questionnaires and analyzed through path analysis using SPSS version 23. The findings of the research indicate that competency development significantly influences self-management and job creativity. Furthermore, competency development also significantly affects job quality, as well as self-management and job creativity. There is also a mediating role of self-management and job creativity in the relationship between competency development and job quality. These findings have important implications for human resource management in enhancing job quality through competency development, self-management, and job creativity within the PT Pelindo Makassar environment
