There is still a lot of culture in Indonesia that is not yet known to the public because not all information has been recorded and has not been exposed on a large scale, one of which is the new capital city of Indonesia, namely East Kalimantan. In addition, Indonesia is also mainly centralized on the island of Java, also many people do not know about areas outside Java. Therefore, one of the ways to introduce the culture is through the culinary field in the form of snacks or commonly referred to as jajanan of the East Kalimantan region. Through this research, The Design Method will be used which consists of several stages such as discovery, planning, creative, application. To attract the attention of young people, this design involves illustration art and augmented reality technology so that the introduction of culture feels more unique and modern. With this, it is hoped that the community will be more open to the cultural diversity that is spread across Indonesia and that cultural richness, especially culinary, can be maintained and widely known
