Development in information technology and communications, have brought change in society and create new paradigms for education and training. These massive changes have extraordinary impact in our educational and training systems.

In line with growth of information technology and communications, the develoment and innovation from concept, model or way of virtual learning (LMS and LCMS) continue to be conduted. One of them is by combined multimedia and e-learning. Integration of multimedia components (video and audio streaming) into e-learning system can enrich fuction and tools.
