Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan: Pendekatan Analisis Diskriminan.
Leadership, motivation and discipline are some factors that have direct effects on performance. There are already sufficient of studies exploring the association among those variables. However, this study is aiming to empirically testing the causal relationship between performance and leadership and discipline taking the special case of the regional affice of Direktoral Jenderal Pajak in East Java. Discriminant Analysis (DA)methods is applied to investigate the mentioned relationship.
Results of the study shows, that based on statistical test, there is significant differences between employee that have good performance and those that have not. Futhermore, the independent variables that can explain the differences between the two performance categories are leadership and motivation. While the other criterion (independent variable), discipline, is unable to discriminate the differences.
