Pengukuran Efisiensi Perbankan Sebelum dan Sesudah Merger Menggunakan Metode Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA): Studi Kasus Bank Mandiri, Bank Danamon dan Bank Permata.
Single presence policy, launched by Central Bank (BI), which will be imlemented in 2010 has forced banks to merge. It is hoped that after merger, banks will be more efficient than before. This article tries to measure the efficiency level of bank Mandiri, Bank Danamon and Bank Permata three years before and after merger, using the data envelopment analysis (DEA). The result show that, on the average, the score of efficiency of Bank mandiri has been already achieved the maximum efficiency (1,0000) after merger compared to 0,9704 before merger, while Bank Danamon and Bank Permata, although their score of efficiency has also been increase after merger, but they do not yet achieve maximum efficiency. The average score of efficiency of Bank Danamon increase from 0,6979 before merger to 0,8760 after merger, while the average score of efficiency of Bank Permata increase from 0,6390 before merger to 0,7493 after merger.
