Pengaruh Pelatihan Penempatan Karyawan dan Pengembangan Karir (Career Path) Terhadap Komitmen Organisasi dengan Variabel Mediasi Kepuasan Kerja di Departemen Infrastruktur PT.Adhi Karya (Persero)Tbk
This study aims to examine the effect of training, employee placement and career
development (career path) on organizational commitment with the mediating variable job
satisfaction in the Departement Infrastructure 1 PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk.
The sample that will be used in this study is 150 employees with the division of the Office
Department 40 people, Operations 1 amount 40 people, Operations 2 amount 40 people,
and from Special Projects 30 people. The data analysis technique used in this research is
multiple linear regression with SPSS tool.
The results of this study indicate that training has a significant effect on job satisfaction,
employee placement has a significant effect on work organizational commitment, career
development has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a
significant effect on organizational commitment, training has a significant effect on
organizational commitment, employee placement has a significant effect on organizational
commitment, career development has no significant effect on job satisfaction, training has
no significant effect on organizational commitment mediated by satisfaction, employee
placement has no significant effect on job satisfaction by mediating organizational
commitment, career development has no significant effect on job satisfaction by mediating
organizational commitment.
